Sets & Ordering
A set is a complete colour variant of a design with a pre-defined size ratio. For example, a 10-pc set contains 2 Small, 4 Medium and 4 Large pieces. The exact set size and breakdown are mentioned on every product page.
Yes, absolutely. There is no restriction. You can mix any number of different designs and colours in a single order. There is no "minimum 3 sets per colour" rule.
The minimum order is 1 set per design. We do not force bulk buying for standard orders.
No. Our wholesale model is strictly set-wise. Products are supplied as complete sets and single pieces cannot be ordered.
Payments & Bulk Orders
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. For large standard orders, a Delivery Challan (DC) may be required in advance, with the remaining payment due after delivery.
Yes. For orders of 50+ sets, you can contact us via WhatsApp or call to negotiate custom pricing. For such bulk orders, a 50% advance payment is required, with the remaining balance due on delivery.
Delivery & Shipping
Standard delivery starts at Rs. 300. There is an additional charge of Rs. 150 per extra weight slab. Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan. Heavy consignments are dispatched via builty for cost-effective logistics.
Yes, international delivery is possible. However, you must contact us first to confirm shipping details. For all international orders, 100% advance payment is mandatory.
Returns & Exchange
We offer returns and exchanges strictly set-wise, matching exactly how the stock was originally supplied. Loose pieces are never accepted for return or exchange. Any quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
