We want you to be fully satisfied with every set. If something is not right, here is how we handle it.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with incorrect pieces, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the affected set at our cost.

2. Quality Issues

If a set has a manufacturing defect (stitching, colour fastness, fabric flaw), notify us within 14 days. We will inspect and, if confirmed, replace or refund.

3. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind on wholesale orders. Please review your sets carefully before confirming.

4. How to Start a Return

• We respond within 48 hours with a resolution.
• Approved returns are collected by our carrier at no cost to you.
• Refunds are issued within 7 business days of inspection.
