By placing a wholesale order with Ibrahim Fashion, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all orders, regardless of the channel used.

1. Set-Wise Stock

All products are sold strictly as complete sets. We do not break sets, substitute pieces, or accept orders for individual items. Each listing clearly states the number of pieces per set.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Each product has a stated MOQ. Orders below MOQ cannot be processed. MOQ is based on complete sets, not individual pieces.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in PKR and are wholesale rates. Prices may change without notice. Confirmed orders are honored at the rate shown on the invoice at the time of confirmation.

4. Payment

• Bank transfer — invoice shared after order confirmation.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for selected regions only.

5. Lead Time

Production and packing typically take 3–5 business days. Dispatch occurs within 24 hours after packing is complete.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure.
